Shipping Policy

Where Can You Ship To?

Pretty much anywhere in the world!  For ease we have listed the shipping cost to our two most requested locations, namely the USA and the UK. For any other location please just get in touch before purchasing so we can send you an accurate shipping cost.

We do ask you to choose carefully before you buy. We currently do not offer a free return service, so we advise you choose a fully tracked courier service so that you know that it has arrived back with us safely. The items are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept any liability for items lost during transit.

What Are Your Dispatch Times?

Dispatch times are as follows:

Printed items – normally 7 working days.

Printed hand-embellished items – within 14 working days.

Completed ready to ship hand-painted original artwork – within 5 working days.

Commissions – a commission can take up to 2 weeks to paint, once agreement has take place and 50% deposit placed. Dispatch will be within 5 working days of the completed artwork.

ROW  applies to New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Qatar, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Cyprus, China . For any other location please contact us for a courier quote.

Delay In Delivery

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

All items have estimated delivery times to give you an idea of how long it typically takes to deliver a product to various countries around the world. Factors which could delay delivery times include:

– Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
– Customs and import restrictions
– Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
– Postal strikes
– Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)

If an order is outside the expected delivery window then please contact us for additional information.

If an order is lost in the mail and not received within 30 days of ordering (on prints only not originals), we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know and we’ll make the arrangements on your behalf. Please note however that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

Please note that customs tax (duty) is payable by the customer if posting outside of the UK. This is normally collected once the shipment arrives in your country and customs will send you a text or email.
